For the People Act

July 13, 2021

A bill in the United States Congress to expand voting rights, change campaign finance laws, limit partisan gerrymandering, and create new ethics rules for federal officeholders, failed to pass a procedural vote to begin debate by a 50-50 vote in the U.S. Senate last month. However, this legislation to combat voter suppression will be reconsidered when the Senate is in session later this summer. Tell your Senators to pass the For the People Act!
